As the result of a five-year rule review, the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) has amended Administrative Code rules 5101:9-6-35 "Chafee Allocation" and 5101:9-6.35.1 "Chafee State Match Allocation." Changes include updating language and citations to provide clarification based on the most current funding practices.
