Pursuant to section 423.70 of House Bill 33 of the 135th General Assembly, the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) has amended Administrative Code rule 5101:9-6-24 "Multi-System Youth (MSY) Funding." Updates include:

• The Public Children Service Agency (PCSA) will designate a minimum of twelve percent of its formula-based allocation for state fiscal years (SFY) 2024 and SFY2025; and
• Citations to reflect current funding practices.
