In accordance with H.B. 33 of the 135th Ohio General Assembly, the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) has amended rule 5101:9-6-14 "Adult Protective Services (APS) Allocation." Language was added to the distribution methodology section in paragraph (D) to include reference to section 5101.14 of the Revised Code as required.
