(A)Registration procedure. Each apprentice must be registered by means of a separate apprenticeship agreement that is signed by that individual and by the program's authorized representative, and that contains all the details listed in rule 5101:11-4-03 of the Administrative Code. These details are to be submitted to the council office in a manner accepted by that office at the time. The council office shall register the apprentice if such apprenticeship agreement the submitted information meets the requirements of division 5101:11 of the Administrative Code.

(B)Registration time frame. Where an agreement is submitted directly to the council office, it An apprentice shall be registered as of the date on which the parties execute the agreement final required signature is applied to the agreement, provided the contents of the document is are correct and complete and are submitted within fifteen forty-five business days of execution his/her indenture. Where the corresponding details are submitted on line through a state-prescribed automated system, under paragraph (B)(1)(c) of rule 5101:11-3-02 of the Administrative Code, the apprentice agreement shall be registered as of the date when the council office effects its approval through that system.
