Rule 5101-9-37 of the Administrative Code is being rescinded and replaced with new rule 5101:9-9-37. The contents of rule 5101-9-37 have been transferred into rule 5101:9-9-37 with minor wording changes.

The change is being made to align with the plan to eventually eliminate all 5101-XX-XX rules and convert them to 5101:XX-XX-XX rules.
