This letter transmits changes to Ohio Administrative Code rule
5101:9-9-38 "County electronic data usage." The rule has been
rescinded and adopted as new as a result of an internal five-year review of the
rule.
Rule 5101:9-9-38 identifies the county electronic data usage
requirements. The rule has been rescinded and proposed as new as more than 50
percent of the rule has changed due to re-formatting and updated
requirements. The new rule has been
updated with current requirements.
