SUBJECT: Title IV-E Foster Care Maintenance Eligibility Determination Process

Ohio Administrative Code rule 5101:2-47-49 entitled Title IV-E Status: Program Eligible and Financially Reimbursable describes Title IV-E foster care maintenance eligibility. This transmittal contains a description of the steps involved in determining IV-E foster care maintenance eligibility and presents model procedures for conducting the required tasks. (Previously issued in Child Welfare Manual Transmittal Letter No. 5, effective 9/1/87).
