schedule is to be used only when determining whether families are required to
pay 5% of the total costs of all services received under the Post Adoption Special
Services Subsidy (PASSS) program effective July 1, 2021. The schedule
represents 200% of the 2021 Federal Poverty Guidelines (Federal
Register, Vol. 86, No. 19, February 1, 2021, pp. 7732-7734), rounded to the
nearest dollar and adjusted for family size.
