The Office of Child Support (OCS) has proposed no changes to the rules identified below:

This rule describes the process a child support enforcement agency must follow when scheduling and conducting genetic tests during the administrative paternity establishment process.
There are no changes from the prior rule. The effective date remains the same as the prior rule pursuant to paragraph E of section 119.032 of the Ohio Revised Code.
5101:12‑40‑20.2Administrative Paternity Orders12/15/2006
This rule describes the requirements for issuing an administrative support order, the contents of an administrative support order, and a party's right to object to an administrative paternity order.
There are no changes from the prior rule. The effective date remains the same as the prior rule pursuant to paragraph E of section 119.032 of the Ohio Revised Code.

INSTRUCTIONS:

When the CSPMTL is published, the CSPM will be updated as follows:

  • A no-change rule will continue with the same effective date.
