In paragraphs (H)(1)(b), (I)(2) and (I)(3), the OCS website address is deleted as the referenced forms are generally available to the CSEA on the OCS InnerWeb site; in paragraph (E), "If" is replaced with "When"; and, in paragraph (C)(6), references to two federal Acts are deleted as the U.S.C. references are sufficient for any research needs. Forms used for the PSOC process can be found in the Forms section of the CSPM.
