Ohio Administrative Code rule 5101:4-1-13 is amended to remove
references to an obsolete form and to replace those references with the current
form information.
This rule has been subject to a review by the Joint Committee on
Agency Rule Review (JCARR). The changes will become effective on 05/01/2021.

This rule describes the requirements regarding the availability
of information, program administration, office operations, and income eligibility
verification system information. Changes to the rule include:
- Paragraph (A)(1)(b)(i) as amended to include an
updated link to access the federal poster;
- Paragraph (A)(1)(b)(iv) was amended to include
the updated form name; and
- Revision dates were removed from agency forms.
