SUBJECT: New Rule OAC 5101:2-9-42 Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP)

This letter transmits new rule OAC 5101:2-9-42 which will be effective October 1, 2020.

OAC 5101:2-9-42 entitled Qualified residential treatment program has been developed as a result of the Family First Prevention Services Act, and sets forth the definition, purpose and requirements for residential facilities to become a certified and accredited qualified residential treatment facility.

INSTRUCTIONS: The following chart identifies the material that needs to be removed from and inserted into the Family Children and Adult Service Manual (FCASM).
