As part of a five-year review process, the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services has rescinded rule 5101:9-4-06 "Small and Minority Businesses and Women's Business Enterprise and Labor Surplus Area Firms" of the Administrative Code because its content is being inserted into rule 5101:9-4-07 "Procurement and Contract Requirements" of the Administrative Code.
