The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) has amended Administrative Code rule 5101:9-4-11"Rental Costs and Lease Agreements." Updates include:

Definitions;
Types of lease contracts and cost reimbursement;
Regulations and citations;
Unallowable costs; and
Language revisions to reflect current funding practices.
