The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) is rescinding rule 5101:9-7-22 of the Administrative Code. The Office of Fiscal Services will no longer be conducting random moment sample (RMS) reviews pursuant to rule 5101:9-7-22of the Administrative Code.
