Effective January 1, 2002, the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) will implement its civil rights plan for all 88 county departments of job and family services (CDJFS). This plan provides information regarding county responsibility, guidelines for compliance and monitoring, delegation of authority, federal reporting requirements, and remedial action.
Please note this plan is in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code rule 5101:9-2-01, and is in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, the Multiethnic Placement Act of 1994, as amended by the Interethnic Adoption Provisions of 1996, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
