Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code section 5101.801 and Ohio Administrative Code rule 5101:2-40-04, the following schedule is to be used only when determining whether families are eligible to receive KPI payments.  The schedule represents 300% of the 2020 Federal Poverty Guidelines (published in the Federal Register, Vol. 85, No. 12, January 17, 2020, pp. 3060-3061) rounded to the nearest dollar and adjusted for family size.
