Pursuant to division (B) of section 5153.163 of the Revised Code and paragraph (C) (1) of rule 5101:2-44-06 of the Administrative code, the following schedule is to be used in determining eligibility for State Adoption Maintenance Subsidies (SAMS) effective July 1, 2020.  The schedule represents 120% of Ohio′s estimated median income State Median Income (published on the Administration for Children and Families′ website)
