Pursuant to division (B) of section 5153.163 of the Ohio Revised Code and paragraph (C)(1) of 5101:2-44-06 of the Ohio Administrative Code, the following schedule is to be used in determining eligibility for State Adoption Maintenance Subsidies (SAMS) effective July 1, 2022. 

The schedule represents 120% of Ohio′s estimated median income State Median Income, published on the Administration for Children and Families′ website, (LIHEAP IM-2021-03 State Median Income Estimates for Optional Use in FY 2021 | The Administration for Children and Families (hhs.gov) ), rounded to the nearest dollar and adjusted for family size.
