schedule is to be used only when determining whether families are required to
pay five-percent of the total costs of all services received under the post
adoption special services subsidy program effective July 1, 2018. The schedule
represents 200% of the 2018 Federal Poverty Guidelines (published in the
Federal Register, Vol. 83, No. 12, January 18, 2018, pp. 2642 - 2644) rounded
to the nearest dollar and adjusted for family size.
