Background

The letter transmits the recission of rule 5101:2-54-01 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC). This rule is duplicative of the requirements outlined in fiscal rule 5101:9-6-24 of the OAC entitled, Multi-System Youth (MSY) Funding. ODJFS issued FCASPL 407 Multi-System Youth Program and Funding, which outlines the purposes of the multi-system youth program and funding allocations, in accordance with section 423.70 of House Bill 33 of the 135th General Assembly.

Updates

Ohio Administrative Code rule 5101:2-54-01, Multi System Youth, is being rescinded as it is duplicative.
