The Foster Youth Rights Handbook has been updated to reflect the foster youth bill of rights and the implementation of the Youth and Family Ombudsman Office in support of the Children Services Transformation Advisory Council recommendations. The revised Foster Youth Rights Handbook will be provided to youth in foster care as a mechanism to inform their rights and normalcy standards within the children services system.
