This letter transmits the five-year review of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) rule 5101:2-47-07. The rule contained herein has been through the preclearance, internal, and external clearance processes. The rule will be effective on July 1, 2021.

OAC Rule 5101:2-47-07 entitled Notice of Right to a Hearing for Foster Care Maintenance affords a Title IV-E agency the same opportunity for a state hearing as any other applicant or recipient of public assistance. There are no changes to the language in the rule. There was a change made to the statutory authority 51053.16 to 5153.166 of the Revised Code.
