SUBJECT: Rescission of rule 5101:2-40-06 “Kinship Child Care Program”

This letter transmits the rescission of rule 5101:2-40-06 of the Ohio Administrative Code.

This rule is being rescinded due to the termination of program funding.  The rescission of this rule will be effective July 1, 2019.

INSTRUCTIONS:

The following chart depicts what materials should be deleted from the Family, Children and Adult Services Manual (FCASM) and what materials are to be inserted in the FCASM.
