SUBJECT: Amendment of OAC Rule 5101:2-47-23 Beginning Date of Reimbursability for Foster Care Maintenance

Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) rule 5101:2-47-23 Beginning date of reimbursability for foster care maintenance has been amended as a result of the five year rule review. The rule has been amended to identify rule cross-references and to clarify the reimbursability process. One reference to OAC rule 5101:2-47-21 has been changed to OAC rule 5101:2-47-22 to reflect the reasonable efforts requirement. This rule will be effective October 3, 2005.

INSTRUCTIONS:

The following chart depicts what materials are to be removed from the Family, Children and Adult Services Manual (FCASM) and what materials are to be inserted in the FCASM.
