(A)How is a sanction ended for Ohio works first (OWF) assistance groups
with a self sufficiency contract failure and/or refusal for an Ohio works first (OWF) assistance group that
occurred prior to September 1, 2013 endedthe effective date of this rule?
Individuals sanctioned due to a self sufficiency contract
failure and/or refusal that occurred prior to September
1, 2013the effective date of this rule
must serve the minimum sanction period. The sanction shall be ended once the
minimum sanction period has expired.
(B)How does an OWF
assistance group sanctioned due to a self sufficiency contract failure and/or
refusal that occurred prior to September 1, 2013the effective
date of this rule begin receiving OWF
once that sanction has ended pursuant to paragraph (A) of this rule?
Once the sanction has been ended as set
forth in paragraph (A) of this rule, the OWF assistance group must do the
following:
(1)The OWF assistance group will reapplyReapply under section 5107.12 of the Revised Code and
rule 5101:1-2-01 of the Administrative Code; and
(2)Enter into a
new self sufficiency contract as set forth in rule 5101:1-3-11 of the
Administrative Code.
(C)How is a self sufficiency contract does
a failure or refusal sanctioncease for an sanctioned OWF assistance group with
a self sufficiency contract failure and/or refusal that occurred on or
after September 1, 2013 endedthe effective date of this rule?
Individuals sanctioned due to a self sufficiency contract
failure and/or refusal that occurred on or after September
1, 2013the effective date of this rule
must complete the compliance process as set forth in rule 5101:1-3-15 of the
Administrative Code.
