SUBJECT: Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act (WIOA) Youth Program

Purpose

This letter transmits a no-change rule.  The rule in question governs the Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act (WIOA) Youth Program. It is ultimately subject to review by the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review (JCARR).

Background

This rule was reviewed and filed as a result of the mandated five-year review for Administrative Code Division 5101 Workforce Development, Chapter 5101:10-3 Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Youth Program, rule 5101:10-3-01 eligibility requirements.  Based on this review, the authorized agency - Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) - has determined there is no need for revision to the rule.
