The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) filed new Administrative Code rule 5101:9-6-61 "Family children first council (FCFC) funding for county department of job and family services (CDJFS) or public children services agency (PCSA) serving as the FCFC administrative agent." This rule outlines the funding allocations for a CDJFS or PCSA named as administrative agent for the FCFC.
