The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) has
amended Administrative Code rule 5101:9-7-08 "Title IV-E Foster Care Maintenance
(FCM) Agreements between the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS)
and County Juvenile Courts." Changes include:
- Eliminating the words “Foster Care Maintenance
(FCM)” from the title of the rule;
- Adding prevention services costs under the
Family First Prevention Services Act; and
- Adding court reimbursement for children in
custody as described in Section 2151.152 of the Revised Code.
