SUBJECT: Combined State Child Protective Allocation (SCPA) Fiscal Sanctions

As a result of an internal five year review, rule 5101:9-6-20 of the Administrative Code, "Combined State Child Protective Allocation (SCPA) Fiscal Sanctions," has been rescinded. The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services has determined that the process outlined in the rule is outdated and no longer relevant.
