Effective immediately, ODJFS is providing notice of a one year extension of the TANF Incentive Awards. Most of these awards are scheduled to expire September 30, 2005; however, under the one year extension, funds will continue to be available to counties until September 30, 2006. After September 30, 2006, all unspent award allocation balances will be canceled. Please note, no further cash disbursements will be made. These awards include: TANF Incentives (APL 275) and WIA Supplements (APL 266), and the FY 2003 High Performance Award as detailed in rule 5101:9 8 01of the Administrative Code. This extension is intended to provide county agencies with additional flexibility and greater opportunity to fully and properly use these TANF funds.
