Pursuant to division (B) of section 5153.163 of the Revised Code
and paragraph (C) (1) of rule 5101:2-44-06 of the Administrative Code, the
following schedule is to be used in determining eligibility for State Adoption
Maintenance Subsidies (SAMS) effective July 1, 2018. The schedule represents 120% of Ohio′s estimated
state median income (published on the Administration
for Children and Families′ website at https://www.acf.hhs.gov/ocs/resource/state-median-income-estimates-for-optional-use-in-fy-2018-and-mandatory-use-in-fy-2019)
rounded to the nearest dollar and adjusted for family
size.
